Single-Sided PCB

Not every product needs more layers. When the circuit is clear, volumes are high and cost discipline matters, a single-sided PCB can be the most purposeful architecture. SUNHOPE supports suitable FR-4, paper-based, composite and aluminum-based constructions, helping straightforward designs move into repeatable production without adding complexity the product does not need.

Double-Sided PCB

When one routing surface is no longer enough, a double-sided PCB opens a practical next step. Copper on both sides and plated through-hole interconnections create more room for routing and component placement while preserving a comparatively straightforward structure. SUNHOPE helps turn that added freedom into a balanced path for products that need more function without unnecessary layer count.

Multilayer PCB

As more functions converge inside a smaller product, routing needs an architecture—not simply more space. Within SUNHOPE’s 1–8 layer rigid PCB manufacturing range, our multilayer offering focuses on 4–8 layer constructions that organize signal, power and ground relationships across the stack-up, supporting denser interconnection with the control it requires. The goal is not more layers for their own sake, but the right structure for the work the board must carry.

Controlled Impedance PCB

At higher data rates, a copper trace becomes part of the signal path, and small changes in geometry or dielectric structure can matter. SUNHOPE approaches controlled impedance PCBs through the relationship between the released stack-up, material, copper geometry and process consistency—helping the manufactured board stay aligned with the electrical intent defined by the project.

High-Tg PCB

Heat tests a PCB long before it becomes a visible failure. Repeated assembly cycles, operating temperatures and material expansion place demands on the laminate and interconnections. SUNHOPE manufactures 1–8 layer High-Tg PCBs for projects whose thermal profile calls for greater material resilience—without treating a higher Tg value as a substitute for sound system-level thermal design.

High-Frequency PCB

At RF and high-frequency operation, material behavior and manufacturing variation become part of signal performance. SUNHOPE works within a focused 1–8 layer rigid-PCB range, matching suitable low-loss materials with disciplined control of stack-up and copper features. The result is a practical manufacturing path for designs where consistency matters as much as the material named on the drawing.

SMT Assembly

Modern electronics ask more of every square millimeter. SMT translates approved assembly data into compact, repeatable assemblies through controlled solder paste printing, component placement and reflow soldering. SUNHOPE supports prototype, pilot and production requirements, with an emphasis on making the approved component mix manufacturable and repeatable within the released build.

THT/DIP Assembly

Some components must do more than fit on the board—they must hold. THT/DIP assembly creates through-board mechanical anchoring for suitable connectors, relays, terminals and higher-mass components. SUNHOPE applies wave soldering, selective soldering or manual soldering as required by the approved design, and can combine through-hole and surface-mount processes when the actual assembly calls for both.
