Zhejiang Sunhope Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a National High-Tech Enterprise shaped by more than three decades on the manufacturing floor. What began with PCB production has grown, step by deliberate step, into a broader electronics manufacturing company—bringing together diverse board technologies, assembly capabilities and responsive project support around what each customer is trying to build. Our work is grounded in a real manufacturing facility in Wenzhou, China, where PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly are supported by dedicated production environments and teams. Our Story
More than three decades ago, SUNHOPE began on the PCB factory floor. What we carried forward was not only a set of processes, but a way of growing: build capability before claiming it, learn from the line, and let each expansion answer a real manufacturing need.
As customers brought different products, production stages and expectations, SUNHOPE added new lines, renewed equipment, developed PCBA assembly capabilities, welcomed new technical talent and connected the work through more disciplined management. The result is not one path customers must accept, but a broader manufacturing foundation that gives each project room to choose the route it actually needs. We keep growing for one reason: to give more ideas worth building a dependable path into production.

Our History
SUNHOPE’s history is not a sequence of ever-larger numbers. The milestones below trace the decisions that changed how we work—investing in manufacturing, strengthening systems, broadening what the factory can support and connecting information more closely to the production floor. Their value is not in making the past look busy, but in showing how the habits behind today’s work were built.
SUNHOPE was founded in Wenzhou with PCB manufacturing as its starting point. The early focus on single-sided PCBs did more than establish a product line; it began a manufacturing culture shaped by process discipline, quality awareness and the patience to build capability step by step.
The move into double-sided PCBs opened more routing possibilities for customers and placed greater demands on alignment, drilling, through-hole plating and process consistency. It marked an early shift from expanding a product range to deepening the manufacturing knowledge behind it.
With PCB Phase I entering production, SUNHOPE strengthened its manufacturing foundation and created more room to support a growing mix of customer programs. Scale began to grow, but the principle remained unchanged: expansion had to be built on processes the factory could understand and control.
The development of multilayer PCB production extended SUNHOPE into more complex board structures. With additional layers came new demands on stack-up control, layer-to-layer registration, lamination and verification—building experience that continues to support the company’s 1–8 layer PCB range today.
The PCBA business unit was established and lean manufacturing was introduced. SMT and THT/DIP assembly became part of a broader manufacturing perspective, extending SUNHOPE’s experience beyond the bare board while making production more orderly, responsive and consistent.
SUNHOPE established its R&D center as PCB Phase II entered production. The two developments strengthened the connection between technical exploration, process improvement and production capacity—giving new ideas a clearer route back to the factory floor.
By 2019, SUNHOPE’s experience had expanded across a broader range of PCB and PCBA products, together with more customized manufacturing support for different applications. The company was no longer growing through product categories alone, but through a deeper understanding of how different projects needed to be built.
The establishment of a new intelligent-technology entity, the launch of PCB Phase III and deeper digital adoption marked a new stage for SUNHOPE. Manufacturing scale continued to grow, while data, equipment, warehousing and management began moving toward a more connected operating environment.
During this stage, SUNHOPE is continuing to expand its manufacturing foundation, renew production and inspection equipment, deepen data visibility and connected management, and grow the team behind the work. The purpose is not expansion for appearance, but stronger processes, broader capability and better support for the projects ahead.
Looking toward 2030 and beyond, SUNHOPE aims to strengthen independent technical research, broaden the practical boundaries of its PCB and PCBA manufacturing, and prepare the next manufacturing base for long-term growth. The ambition is not simply to become larger, but to give more customers, products and ideas a dependable place to move forward.
